In this Action Plan, the key will be the improvement of the quality and sanitation of dairy products, aiming at the drinking of safe milk and to set up a completed system for the quality standard and supervision. This plan will focus on the prevention of the pollution in the courses of processing, distribution and sales. It is planned to realize the production and consumption of safe milk in 5 to 8 years, meeting the demand at domestic and international market.
