Of which the livestock industry is the backbone in agricultural economy. 2003 is the year of ¡°National Agriculture High-Tech Year¡± designated by the China Ministry of Agriculture, which will bring a new opportunity in agriculture and livestock industry. Hubei is a famous agricultural production place in China, so is it livestock industry. The exhibition will cover the animal products, aquatic products, pure breeding and technology of embryo transfer and gene engineering; also the new achievements will be shown in breeding, animal nutrition and environment protection etc.
