dollars will be found in Dalian, Lianing Province. In the last July,
the Indonesian PT.SUBA Group is already invest 40 million US dollars
in Dalian, the production of the oil will be 700 thousand tons.
Japan also invest the oil process factory in Dalian,the production
will be 920 thousand tons. The Chinese oil process factory that belong
the Heilongjiang Province also sign the project contract that contract
is the third big oil process factory in Dalian.
