China's Meat Output Increased in 2002

China's beef and mutton output increased quickly in 2002, also for the inventory and take off number. In 2002, the beef output of mutton increased 2%. The per capita consumption of beef is 0.6kg/month, accounting for 5.35% of total meat consumption. The per capita consumption of mutton is 0.09kg/month, accounting for 3.01% of total meat consumption.
