The
National ^Harvest Program ̄ 1999 for Crop Production and Agricultural
Mechanization (July 15, 1999) The national ^Harvest Program ̄ covers all kinds of new technology
that is promoted and financially supported by the Ministry of Agriculture for
several years. The objective of the
"Harvest Programs" is to extend these selected new technologies in
agriculture industry to improve the industry efficiency. In other words, the
Chinese government selects these areas as its priorities and put in its money
in. The Harvest Program for the crop production and agricultural
mechanization in 1999 covers the following sub-programs: A.
